I have managed to recover from the poor meeting last week at Wimbledon and got my highest score ever at an away meeting and I am quite pleased with my performance.  In the first ride I was quite messy because I could not make my mind up what to do - to pass the away rider and my team mate but I came 2nd in the end.  In the 2nd race I made quite a good start but I managed to find room to pass the away rider into the first corner and picked up 2nd place behind my team mate.  In the 3rd race I made a good start but I got the drive coming out of the 2nd bend to pick up 1st with my team mate behind me.  In the 4th race me and my team mate made a good start but somehow the away rider managed to find grip on the inside to pass me and my team mate as he was coming out of the 2nd bend, but I managed to stay 2nd after I made 2 mistakes on the 4th bend and on the last lap I thought my team mate had got me on the line.  But the result shows differently.  In the 5th race I didn't make a good start and was having trouble getting into 2nd place into the 3rd and 4th bends but I managed to stay 2nd after this.

So I scored 11+1 from 5 rides with my starts having improved.
